e) Setting/changing the measurement unit
• Push and hold the button (9) for approx. 1 second to set/change
the measurement unit.
• The following measurement units are available:

f) Individual distance measurement
In individual distance measurement mode, the device conducts one
distance measurement and subsequently turns off the target laser.
The individual distance measurement is shown on the display with the
symbol
. If the device is not in the correct mode, push the button .
1. If the device is not yet on, turn on the device and the target laser.
2. Point the laser at the target while holding the device as still as
possible.
3. Push the button
. After a short time, an audible signal sounds and
the measured value is shown on the display.
» The measured value is automatically stored in the memory.
» Previous measurements are not removed from the display, but are
instead moved up one line to facilitate simple comparison with new
measurements.
