• Starting point: Back of the device
• The device length is included in the measurement.
• Starting point: End piece (G) on the back of the device.
• Fold out the end piece on the back.
• The device length and end piece length are included in
the measurement.

10. Performing measurements
• In order to perform a measurement, press the measurement
button (C) two times.
• Pressing the button the rst time will only activate the target
laser (A), but will not start any measurement.
• Pressing the button the second time will start the measurement.
• After each measurement, the laser is deactivated and must be
reactivated before taking another measurement.
• Press the C/Off button (F), in order to delete a measurement during
the measuring procedure.
11. Distance measurement
1. Point the laser at a right angle at the target and hold the device as
still as possible.
2. Press the measurement button. Shortly, a beep sounds and the
reading is shown on the display.
