4. Press the C/Off button (F), in order to stop the continuous
measurement. The measurement values remain visible.
15. Area measurement
1. Press the function button (J). A parallelogram appears at the top of
the display to indicate area measurement.
2. Measure the rst side length of the area. The value will be displayed
in the bottom line.
3. Measure the second side length of the area. The measurement is
shown in the middle line.
4. The device multiplies both readings automatically. The total area is
shown in the bottom line.
