• The charger must never become moist or wet. There is a fatal danger from electric shock otherwise!
Do not place any containers with liquids, e.g. buckets, vases or plants, in direct proximity of the charger
or mains cable.
If the charger or mains cable have become moist or wet or damaged (e.g. the housing or cable), do not
touch them. Danger to life from electric shock! First deactivate all sides of the mains socket to which
the charger is connected (e.g. switch off the respective fuse or turn out the fuse. Then deactivate the FI
protection switch).
Only unplug the charger mains plug from the mains socket then. Disconnect the rechargeable battery
from the charger. Do not use the charger anymore, but take it to a specialised workshop or dispose of it
in an environmentally compatible manner.

continue to use them.
• Recharge the rechargeable battery about every 3 months, as otherwise they might be fully discharged
due to self-discharge, which renders the rechargeable battery useless.
• Use only the replacement rechargeable battery provided by the manufacturer to replace the recharge-
able battery for the cordless impact screw driller with. The cordless impact screw driller may be damaged
byusingdifferentrechargeablebatteries;therealsoisadangerofreandexplosionduetoanunsuitable
