f) Setting ring for torque
Turning the torque setting ring (2) selects the desired torque from which
onwards the slip clutch is active. This will prevent over-turning, e.g. when
turninginascrew.Thescrewwillendushwiththematerialsurfacewhen
the torque setting is chosen accordingly.
• Reduce the set value by turning the torque setting ring in the direction
(A).
• Increase the set value by turning the torque setting ring in the direction
(B).
The torque setting ring has different positions:
• Low setting: Soft materials, small screws
• High setting: Hard materials, large screws
• Drillsymbol: Slipclutchdeactivated,forllingholes)
• Hammer icon: Impact drill function, to drill holes on stone/concrete
When turning out screws, a higher setting or the "drill" setting (drill symbol) should be chosen.
g) Belt clip
The cordless impact screw driller can be attached to a suitable belt using
the belt clip during work breaks or for transport.
If desired, the belt clip can be attached to the left (A) or right (B) side of the
cordless impact screw driller. You can also remove the belt clip entirely if
you do not need it.
Never use the belt clip with high-quality and expensive belts.
The metal edges of the belt clip may cause scratches or damage
to the belt.
