Der Weber kontrolliert die Fertigung. Die Herstellung von Ver-
stärkungsgeweben für die Luft- und Raumfahrt erfordert hoch-
qualifizierte Mitarbeiter.
The weaver inspects the production. The manufacture of reinforcing
fabrics for aerospace applications requires highly skilled personnel.
In der Endkontrolle werden die Gewebe kontrolliert, „geputzt“ und
gemessen. Abschluß ist das Fehlerprotokoll. Danach erfolgt die
Freigabe.
The final inspection first examines, “deburrs”, and measures the fabrics,
draws up a defects report, and finally passes its approval.
Ein Filamentbruchstück wird mit der Pinzette entfernt. Die
Endkontrolle erfordert viel Feingefühl und Erfahrung. Keine Fehlstelle
darf übersehen werden.

Hier werden im Rahmen der Qualitätssicherung Prüflaminate
hergestellt und die Festigkeit gemessen.

laboratory. As part of our quality assurance system, the laboratory
creates test laminates and measures their strengths.
Alle Ergebnisse werden genauestens dokumentiert. Das Labor
erteilt als letzte Prüfungsinstanz die Freigabe zur Auslieferung der
Verstärkungsgewebe.
All the results are meticulously documented. The laboratory is the
final inspection authority to issue its approval before the reinforcing
fabrics can be delivered.
