d) Distance Measurement with Addition/Subtraction
This function permits adding or subtracting, e.g., several partial distances (e.g. the distances of
several fence posts).
Proceed as follows:
1. First perform a single measurement so that the measured value is displayed in the bottom
line (4).
2. Push the middle function button „ “ (C) briey repeatedly until „+“ for addition or „-“ for
subtraction ashes at the bottom left of the display.
3. Perform another measurement. This measured value is displayed in the upper line (3), the
total in the bottom line (4).
4. If other measured values are to be added or subtracted, continue with step 2 (selection of
addition or subtraction).
To reverse the last addition or subtraction, briey push the power button „ “ (D).
Continue with step 2.
To leave the addition/subtraction function, briey push the power button „ “ (D) again.
Then the last measured values appears again in the bottom line (4).
If the measured value still displayed is to be deactivated, briey push the power button
„ “ (D).
