15. Continuous measurement
• Press the MAX/MIN button to activate continuous
measurement mode.
• The laser is activated. The distance is now measured
continuously.
• The display shows the maximum, minimum and the last
registered measured value of the measurement process.
• To exit continuous measurement mode, press the MEAS
or C button.
After 5 minutes of inactivity, this feature is
automatically deactivated.
16. Adding/subtracting
• Measuretherstsegment.
• Toaddtoameasuredvalue,brieypressthe+/- button.
To subtract a measured value, press and hold the +/-
button for approx. 1 second.
• Measure the second line segment.
• The sum or difference will be shown in the bottom row.
This process can be repeated as often as desired.
You can also add/subtract areas or volumes.
17. Area measurement
• Press the function button until the indicator appears
on the display.
• Measure the two sides of the area.
• The device automatically multiplies the measured values.
