Make sure the impact wrench is connected to the air pressure source using a correct sequence
of system components, and that hose, lters and connection couplers are properly tted and in
good working condition. Below piping model is for reference only.

Check that the compressed air supply is clean and dry.
Set the compressor’s pressure regulator to 6.2 bar (90 psi).
Do not turn the compressor on until you are ready to use the impact wrench.
b) Forward and Reverse Setting
To set forward (clockwise) rotation, ip the valve switch (A7) F.
To set reverse (anti-clockwise) rotation, ip the valve switch (A7) R.
c) Air Regulator (Torque Adjust)
There are three torque settings for forward and one for reverse.
The impact wrench will operate at maximum power in reverse.
Max. loosening torque 1,756 Nm.
Adjust the control valve dial (A6) to the desired torque level.
- The smaller the circle the lower the torque.
- Use the lowest setting that will perform the task.
