b) Holding the Microscope
• Hold the microscope in your right hand and adjust the
angle of the LCD display panel (A19) so it is in line with
your vision.
• Use your left hand to access any controls that cannot be
reached with your thumb.
c) Focus the Microscope
• Direct the lens (A2) over the object and adjust the LED brightness (A10).
• Adjustthenefocusdial(A9) to bring the image into sharp focus.
It may take a few moments for the white balance to auto adjust and bring the image into focus. If there is
toomuchreectionfromtheobject,considerloweringtheLEDbrightness(A10) or turning it off completely.
d) High and Low Magnication
• Center the lens (A2) over the object.
• Highmagnication:Turnthenefocusdial(A9) all the way to the right, then slowly dial back until the image comes
into focus.
• Lowmagnication:Turnthenefocusdial(A9) all the way to the left, then slowly dial back until the image comes
into focus.
Afterturningthenefocusdial(A9) all the way right or left, it will take a few seconds for the LED light
balance to adjust.
e) Digital Zoom
• First bring the object into focus on the LCD display (A19).
• Zoom in or out of the object by adjusting the digital zoom
(A7).
f) Photo / Video Capture
• Press to switch between photo and video modes
- An
icon on the LCD display (A19) indicates that you are in Photo mode.
- An
icon on the LCD display (A19) indicates that you are in Video mode.
• Press the image capture button
to take photo or begin recording video.
• If recording a video, press the image capture button
again to stop recording.
Hold your wrist with your left hand to help prevent camera shake.
