11. Maintenance
1Replacing the carbon brushes
• The carbon brushes are wearing parts and will become worn during the course of use.
Never replace the carbon brushes yourself. Ensure that this maintenance work is carried out by an experi-
enced technician.
• Check the carbon brushes (C) regularly (unscrew the holder).
• Always replace both carbon brushes together to avoid damaging the appliance.
• Never operate the device with one carbon brush.
12. Storage
Clean the multi-purpose tool and all its accessories before storing.
Store all parts together in the carry case (24) in a protected, safe location out of the reach of children. Avoid damp
locations and excessively high or low temperatures. If possible, store the product in a dark place.
To prevent condensation from forming, do not store the product in a plastic foil package.
13. Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be placed in household waste. At the end of its
servicelife,disposeoftheproductinaccordancewithapplicableregulatoryguidelines.Youthusfullyour
statutory obligations and contribute to environmental protection.
