Dismantling Instructions

1 Dismantling recommendations

Disconnect from power supply.

2 Dismantling instructions

Step 1

Remove 12pcs of screws from the front of the light fixture by using a screwdriver.

Step 2

Remove 2pcs of the red plastic housings.

Step 3

Remove 18pcs of screws from the back of the fixture by using a screwdriver.

Step 4

Remove a black plastic housings.

Step 5

Open the PC lampshade.

Step 6

Remove 6pcs of screws on the PCB by using a screwdriver.

Step 7

Open the lamp module.

Step 5 Open the PC lampshade. Step 2 Remove 2pcs of the red plastic housings. Step 6 Remove 6pcs of screws on the PCB by using a screwdriver.

Step 8 Remove the three wires which are connecting the switch by using a screwdriver to press the connection terminal. Step 9 Short-circuit the grey and black connection terminals with the wire. Step 11 Cut the input line L/N by using a scissor and keep 7-10mm length from the wire ends. Step 12 Remove the driver with LED module for SLR testing.
