Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY
Tools for School warrants its Shelving ("Products") against manufacturing defects in material and
workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The warranty period for the Consumer commences on the purchase date from the Seller. If within such
warranty period, a Product shall be proven to Tools for School’s satisfaction to be defective, such
products shall be repaired or replaced, at Tools for School option.
THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. Tools for School does not warrant against damages or defects arising out of improper or
abnormal use or handling of the Products; against defects or damages arising from improper installation
(where installation is by persons other than Tools for School), or against defects in products or
components not manufactured by Tools for School. This warranty also does not apply to Products upon
which repairs have been affected or attempted by persons other than pursuant to written authorization
by Tools for School. This warranty only covers the original Consumer and excludes scratches, dents,
stains, or other damages to surface of product.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. The sole and exclusive obligation of Tools for School shall be to repair or
replace the defective Products in the manner and for the period provided above. Tools for School shall
not have any other obligation with respect to the Products or any part thereof, whether based on
contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on this Limited
Warranty or otherwise, shall Tools for School be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Tools for School's employees or representatives' oral or other written statements do not constitute
warranties, shall not be relied upon by Buyer, and are not a part of the contract for sale or this limited
warranty.
For warranty service, please mail the defective component to Tools for School at the address below,
along with the Consumer's proof of purchase and a letter explaining the defect. Transportation charges
to Tools for School are at the expense of the Consumer. Return transportation charges will be prepaid
by Tools for School.
This Limited Warranty states the entire obligation of Tools for School with respect to the Products. If any
part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force
and effect.
