Press the Phone Book button again for 2 seconds until the first Phone Book number appears
on the display and starts to blink.
Move the cursor by means of the Up and Down buttons . Go to the desired number. Use the
alphanumerical keypad to change the number/name.
Press the Erase button Ø to erase a number.
If the telephone number is correct, press the OK button to confirm. The first digit of the name blinks.
Move the cursor by means of the Up and Down buttons .
Use the alphanumerical keypad to change the name.
Press the OK button to confirm.
Press the Erase button Ø briefly to leave the Phone Book menu.
4 OPERATION CALLER-ID
The Phonemaster 180 receives a call and shows the information sent by the local telephone provider.
This information consists of the callers telephone number, the date and the time (consult your
telephone company for the activation).
The phone can save 60 calls which can be reviewed later. It never saves the same call twice. When
the memory is full, the old calls will be replaced by the new ones in the memory.
4.1 Checking telephone calls
As soon as the phone receives new phone calls, the NEW symbol blinks on the display until all
messages have been checked.
Press the Call List button .
The oldest number appears on the display.
Use the Up and Down buttons to browse through the list of names.
Press the Erase button Ø to leave the menu.
4.2 Calling back a number from the Call list
Look for the desired number in the Call list.
Pick up the handset or press the Handsfree button . The number will be dialled automatically.
Press the Erase button Ø briefly if you want to leave the menu without calling.
4.3 Erasing one call
Search the Call list until you have found the phone number you wish to erase.
Press the Erase button Ø for 2 seconds until ‘DELETE?’ appears on the display.
Press the OK button to confirm.
Press the Erase button Ø briefly if you want to leave the menu without erasing a number.
