Important To use ‘Caller ID’ (display caller), this service has to be activated on your phone line. Normally you need a separate subscription from your telephone company to activate this function. If you don’t have the Caller ID function on your phone line, the incoming telephone numbers will NOT be shown on the display of your telephone. Sologic B935 5 Installation Before you use the telephone for the first time, you must first make sure the batteries are charged. If not, the telephone will not work optimally. 5.1 Installing the base For installation, do the following: • Plug one end of the adaptor into the 230V outlet and the other end into the adapter jack on the bottom of the base. • Connect one end of the telephone cord with the wall phone jack and the other end to the bottom of the base. Use the included telephone cord.

Sologic B935 It is possible to cancel subscription of a handset to a base. You should do this if a handset is damaged and has to be replaced by a new one. Sologic B935 6.5 Displaytoetsen handset 5 13 . De functie van Displaytoetsen (soft keys) bevinden zich direct onder de display deze 2 toetsen verandert naargelang de gebruiksmodus. De werkelijke functie wordt weergegeven als tekst direct boven de 2 toetsen. Door het menu bladeren De handset heeft een gebruiksvriendelijk menusysteem. Elk menu toont een lijst met opties. Wanneer de handset wordt ingeschakeld en in de stand-bymodus staat, drukt u op de linkermenutoets 13 om het hoofdmenu te openen.

Sologic B935 7.7 Waarschuwing Buiten bereik (out of range) 7.8 NEDERLANDS Als de handset buiten bereik van het basisstation komt, weerklinkt er een waarschuwingssignaal. • ‘ZOEKEN’ (Searching) wordt op de display weergegeven en het symbool knippert op de display. • Ga dichter bij het basisstation staan. • Als u weer binnen bereik van het basisstation bent, weerklinkt er een signaal en stopt het symbool met knipperen.
Sologic B935 (Erase). Het teken voor de cursor wordt verwijderd. U kunt de cursor verplaatsen met de 7 . 15 / toetsen omhoog en omlaag 7.14 Het belvolume op de handset instellen U kunt het belvolume van een inkomende oproep (intern en extern) tussen 6 niveaus wisselen (niveaus ‘1’ tot en met ‘5’ en ‘Uit’ (Off)). Als u het niveau ‘Uit’ (Off) selecteert, belt de handset niet als er een oproep wordt ontvangen. Niveau ‘5’ is het hoogste niveau. 7.14.
Sologic B935 U kunt het toetsenbord vergrendelen zodat er niet per ongeluk toetsen worden ingedrukt. Wanneer het toetsenbord vergrendeld is, kan er onmogelijk een telefoonnummer worden gevormd; enkel de snelgeheugentoetsen M1 - M4 kunnen worden gebruikt. Inkomende oproepen kunnen ook nog worden beantwoord. De toetsenbordvergrendeling activeren: 11 5 seconden ingedrukt. • Houd de toets voor toetsenbordvergrendeling wordt op de display weergegeven.

Sologic B935 11 Snelgeheugentoetsen M1 - M4 op de handset U kunt in de directe geheugentoetsen M1 - M4 maximaal 4 nummers opslaan. Alle nummers worden ook in het telefoonboek opgeslagen. • Druk op een van de vier geheugentoetsen (M1 - M4). • Op de display wordt ‘Nummer?’ (Number?) weergegeven. Voer het gewenste nummer (maximaal 20 cijfers) in. • Druk op de soft key ‘Volgen’ (Next). • Selecteer de gewenste melodie voor dit nummer met de toets omhoog of omlaag 7 .
Sologic B935 • Druk op ‘Bewaar’ (Save) 13 om uw keuze te bevestigen of druk op ‘Terug’ (Back) om het menu zonder opslaan af te sluiten. 5 12.2 De PIN-code wijzigen (PIN-code van het systeem) Bepaalde functies zijn alleen beschikbaar als u de PIN-code van het basisstation kent. De PIN-code bestaat uit 4 cijfers. De standaardinstellingen voor de PIN-code is ‘0000’. Als u de PIN-code wilt wijzigen en uw eigen geheime code wilt instellen, ga als volgt te werk: • Druk op de linkertoets ‘Menu’ (Menu).
Sologic B935 • Druk op ‘Reset’ (Reset) 13 om uw keuze te bevestigen of druk op ‘Terug’ (Back) 5 om het menu zonder opslaan af te sluiten. De standaardinstellingen zijn: Kiesmodus: Flashtijd: PIN-code: Toon Flash-1 0000 NEDERLANDS 12.5 Nummers opslaan in de fototoetsen U kan onder elke fototoets een nummer van maximum 32 digits opslaan: • Druk op de Memo toets 20 . • De display op de basis zal ‘----------’ tonen. • Vorm via de fototoetsen 0-9 het nummer dat u wil bewaren (max. 32 digits).
Sologic B935 13.2 Een handset verwijderen U kunt de aanmelding van een handset bij een basisstation annuleren. Doe dat bijvoorbeeld als een handset is beschadigd en door een nieuwe moet worden vervangen. U kunt alleen de aanmelding van een andere handset annuleren, niet de handset die u voor de verwijderingsprocedure gebruikt. • • • • • • • • Druk op de linkertoets ‘Menu’ (Menu). 7 totdat ‘Basis’ (BS 15 / Druk herhaaldelijk op de toets omhoog of omlaag Settings) is geselecteerd.

Als de oproep is beëindigd, drukt u op de toets ophangen 6 om op te hangen. 13.4.2 Een interne oproep ontvangen • Het pictogram voor interne oproep en het nummer van de handset die belt worden op de display weergegeven. 12 om de interne oproep te accepteren. • Druk op de toets voor opnemen OF • Til de handset van het basisstation op (als de optie Automatische beantwoording actief is, zie §“7.21 Automatische beantwoording”).
Sologic B935 De telefoon kan 40 oproepen opslaan in de oproeplijst die u later kunt bekijken. Als het geheugen vol is, zullen de nieuwe oproepen automatisch de oudste oproepen in het geheugen vervangen. Het pictogram verschijnt wanneer er nieuwe onbeantwoorde oproepen in de oproeplijst zijn.
