9.2 Configuring the digital receiver’s WLAN settings 59
If you use a DDNS service, you can access the access point
with the domain name that you specified for it not a IP ad-
dress.
How to use the DDNS service is as follows:
1. Join a web site of which DDNS service is supported by
your access point.
2. Configure the access point with your account of the web
site.
When a new dynamic IP address is assigned to the access point,
it will inform the DDNS service provider of the new IP ad-
dress. This makes it possible that you can access the access
point with its domain name at any time.
9.2 Configuring the digital receiver’s WLAN settings
To configure or identify the
wireless local area network
(WLAN) settings, select the
Installation > WLAN Setting
menu.
