•Shutofftheengineandwaitforallmoving
partstostop.
•Weargloveswhilehandlingtheblade.
CAUTION
Iftheenginehasbeenrunning,themufer
willbehotandcanseverelyburnyou.Keep
awayfromthehotmufer.
Adjustthecuttingheightasdesired.
1.Turnthefuelswitchtotheoffposition.
2.Disconnectthewirefromthesparkplug.
3.Tiltthemachineonitsleftside.
4.Wearingprotectivegloves,removetheblade
boltandspacers.
5.Repositionthespacerstothedesiredheight,
reinstallthebladeretainerandspacers(Figure
12,),andtightentheboltto25N-m(18ft-lbs).
