•Beforeoperatingonanyslope,completeasite
surveytodeterminetheactualslopewhereyou
willoperatethemachine.
•Avoidmowingonwetgrass.Poorfootingcould
causeaslip-and-fallaccident.
•Mowwithcautionneardrop-offs,ditches,or
embankments.
•Whenusingthemachine,alwayskeepbothhands
onthehandle.
•Whencuttingfromthetopofasteepslopeand
youneedlongerreach,useanapprovedextended
handleifyouneedalongerreach.

1.Placethethrottlecontroltothechokeposition,
ensurethatthefuelswitchisintheONposition.
