Every50hours
Lubricateallgreasettingsforthebearingsand
bushingswithNo.2general-purpose,lithium-based
grease.Lubricatebearingsandbushings
immediatelyaftereverywashing,regardlessofthe
intervallisted.
Replaceanydamagedgreasettings.
Greaseallcuttingunitgreasepointsandinject
sufcientgreasesuchthatyoucanseecleangrease
escapingfromtherollerendcaps.Thisprovides
visibleevidencethattherollersealshavebeen
purgedofgrassanddebrisandwillensuresmaximum
workinglife.
