•Seekimmediatemedicalattentionifuidisinjected

intoskin.Injecteduidmustbesurgicallyremoved

withinafewhoursbyadoctor.

•Ensurethatallhydraulic-uidhosesandlinesare

ingoodconditionandallhydraulicconnections

andttingsaretightbeforeapplyingpressureto

thehydraulicsystem.

•Keepyourbodyandhandsawayfrompinhole

leaksornozzlesthatejecthigh-pressurehydraulic

uid.

•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulicleaks.

•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulicsystem

beforeperforminganyworkonthehydraulic

system.

CheckingtheHydraulic

LinesandHoses

ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily

Checkthehydrauliclinesandhosesforleaks,kinked

lines,loosemountingsupports,wear,loosettings,

weatherdeterioration,andchemicaldeterioration.

Makeallnecessaryrepairsbeforeoperating.

Note:Keepwaterawayfromelectricalcomponents.

Useadryclothorbrushtocleansuchareas.

Thisprocedureisbestcarriedoutwhenthehydraulic

oiliswarm(nothot).Lowerthecuttingunitstothe

groundanddrainthehydraulicsystem.

1.Removetheoiltankllerangetogainaccess

tothesuctionstrainer.

2.Unscrewandremovethestrainerandcleanwith

parafnorpetrolbeforeinstalling.

3.Installthereturnlineoillterelement.

4.Installthetransmissionoillterelement.

5.Fillthehydraulictankwithfreshcleanhydraulic

oiloftherecommendedgrade.

6.Runthemachineandoperateallhydraulic

systemsuntilthehydraulicoiliswarm.

7.Checktheoillevelandtopupasnecessaryto

theuppermarkonthesightlevelgauge.
