Suchusecouldvoidtheproductwarranty.
1.Removethebottombladeholderbyremoving
the3xingboltsateachendandremovethem
fromthecuttingunit(Figure17).

2.Removethewornbottombladeanddiscardthe
countersunkscrewsandsecuringnuts.
3.Fitthenewbladetotheholderandloosely
assemblewithnewcountersunkscrewsand
securingnuts(Figure18andFigure19).
4.Tightenthecenterboltstoatorqueof40N·m
(30lb-ft).
5.Tightentheremainingboltstoatorqueof40
N·m(30lb-ft)byworkingfromthecenterout
towardthebladeends.
6.Grindthenewbottombladeonitsholderprior
tottingtothecuttingunit.Adjustthecutting
cylinderpositiontogiveadequateclearancefor
ttingthenewbottombladeholder.
7.Installthebottombladeholderassemblytothe
cuttingunitusingtheoriginalxingboltsand
torquethemto35N·m(26lb-ft).
8.Adjustthecylindertothebottomblade.
