end through bracket (item 11) and screw on the second locknut (item 16), leave finger tight. 4. Connect bracket (item 11) to the plate (item 14) using setscrew (item 15), washer (item 3) and nyloc nut (item 19), leave finger tight. 5. Repeat steps 2 - 5 for the other end of the roller. 6. Assemble the front roller assembly to the slotted brackets on the cutting unit frame using the screws (items 1), washers (items 2) and Nyloc nuts (items 18), refer to the parts list. 7.

Park the machine on a level surface, lower the cutting units, shut off the engine, engage the parking brake, and remove the key from the ignition switch. 2.

7. 8. Repeat the above procedure for the other end of the roller. 9. Move the complete assembly onto the cutterbar and fix with M10*25 setscrews (item 1), nuts (item 18) and washers (item 2). 10. Adjusting the Height of Cut Locate the scraper bar screw (item 5) and push it through one plate (item 14), then through the hole in the scraper bar (item 7) and fasten with nut (item 17) and washer (item 4). Repeat this procedure but use the slot in scraper bar (item 7).
