• Item 1 - tighten to 45 Nm (33 lbs.ft) • Item 9 - tighten to 200 Nm (147.5 lbs.ft) • Items 15 and 16 - tighten to 70 Nm (51.6 lbs.ft) 10. Grease the roller grease nipples until grease is expelled around the end caps. Note: Toro recommends an anti-seize grease known as BP Keenomax L2. 11. Fix the serial label adjacent to the cutting unit serial number label.

8. Repeat the above procedure for the other end of the roller. 9. Move the complete assembly onto the cutterbar and fix with M10*25 setscrews (item 1), nuts (item 18) and washers (item 2). 10. After adjusting the roller to the correct height, tighten all nuts to the following torque settings: • Item 1 - tighten to 45 Nm (33 lbs.ft) • Item 9 - tighten to 200 Nm (147.5 lbs.ft) • Item 17 - tighten to 10 Nm (7.4 lbs.ft) g196848 • Items 16 and 19 - tighten to 70 Nm (51.6 lbs.ft) Figure 4 11.
