1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface.Shutoff

theengine,settheparkingbrake,andremove

thekeyfromtheignitionswitch.

2.Unlatchandlowerthecuttingunittotheground.

3.Removethe2boltsthatsecurethecuttingunit

motortothedriveend.Removethemotorand

secureitoutoftheway.

4.Removethecapandremovethenut(M24)and

washerfromthepivotshaft(Figure12).

Note:Retainthewasheronthecentercutting

unitbetweenthearmandthepivotcasting,as

wellastheotherhardware(Figure13).
