ServiceInterval:Every250hours

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthe

cuttingunit,engagetheparkingbrake,shutoff

theengine,andremovethekey.

2.Loosenthe4captiveboltsthatsecurethetop

andbottomofthebeltcovertothemachine

(Figure25).

5.Pushdownonthebelttocheckthetensionas

follows(Figure27):

•Foranewbelt,youshouldbeabletopush

thebeltdown5mm(1/5inch)using6.0to

6.5kg(13.2to14.3lb)offorce.

•Forausedbelt,youshouldbeabletopush

thebeltdown5mm(1/5inch)using5.1to

5.6kg(11.2to12.3lb)offorce.
