Removing the Bulkhead Panel 1. If a road light is installed on the machine, disconnect the 2 pin connector from the number plate. 2. Remove the 4 bolts (6 x 25 mm), 4 lock washers (6 mm), and 4 flat washers (6 mm) that secure the bulkhead panel to the chassis of the machine (Figure 7). g344020 Figure 8 1. Bolt (discard) 3. Completing the Installation Installing the Bulkhead Panel 1. 2. 3. 4. Align the 4 holes in the bulkhead panel with the 4 clip nuts on the chassis; refer to Figure 7 in Removing the Bulkhead Panel (page 3). Secure the bulkhead panel to the chassis of the machine with the 4 bolts, 4 lock washers, and 4 flat washers; refer to Figure 7 in Removing the Bulkhead Panel (page 3). Torque the bolts to 7.7 to 11.6 N∙m (68 to 103 in-lb). Connect the 2 pin connector to the number plate if previously disconnected.

Operation Using the Beacon To turn on the beacon, press the bottom of the switch. To shut off the beacon, press the top of the switch.
