FITTING INSTRUCTIONS FRONT LIGHTS - ALL MODELS
1. The front main lights attach to the front of the machine using the
front lights mounting brackets (items 1, 2 & 3).
2. Fit the two front light supports (RH & LH) (items 1 & 3) to the
front of the machine using M12 washers plain, M12 nyloc nuts
and M12 screw-HH (items 17, 18 and 19).
3. Fit the front lights bracket to these supports using M8 washers
plain, washers galv, M8 nyloc nuts and M8 screw-HH (items 9,
10, 11 and 12).
4. Fit the lights (item 5) to the holes in the horizontal surface of this
bracket.
5. The light units (items 6 & 7) must now be assembled onto this
bracket. The next steps refer to the left side lights.
6. Take three M5 washers plain (item 13) and place an M5 screw-
HH (item 14) on each.
7. Take the front marker light (item 7) and pass the screws through
the three lugs on its base.
8. Put these screws through the three holes in the lower light
mounting position.
9. Place the M5 plain washer (item 13) and an M5 nyloc nut (item
15) on these three screws.
10. Repeat this procedure for the amber front direction indicator
(with heat sink).
11. Connect a connector lead (item 8) to each lamp by passing the
end with just the pins, through the hole in the lamp body from
the inside so that the connector is inside the lamp.
12. Connect the connector to the lamp.
13. Now fi t the loose connector (item 4) to the pins on the other end
of this connector. Push the connectors into the plug as shown.
