cuttingunit.

Operator’sManualbeforeoperatingthecuttingunit.
Neverallowchildrentooperatethetractionunitor
cuttingunits.Donotallowadultstooperatethetraction
unitorcuttingunitswithoutproperinstruction.Only
trainedoperatorswhohavereadthismanualshould
operatethecuttingunits.
Neveroperatethecuttingunitswhenundertheinuence
ofdrugsoralcohol.
Keepallshieldsandsafetydevicesinplace.Ifashield,
safetydeviceordecalisillegibleordamaged,repairor
replaceitbeforeoperationiscommenced.Alsotighten
anyloosenuts,bolts,andscrewstoensurecuttingunitis
insafeoperatingcondition.
Alwayswearsubstantial,slip-resistantfootwear.Do
notoperatecuttingunitswhilewearingsandals,tennis
shoes,sneakersorshorts.Also,donotwearloosetting
clothingwhichcouldgetcaughtinmovingparts.Always
wearlongpants.Wearingsafetyglasses,safetyfootwear
andahelmetisadvisableandrequiredbysomelocal
ordinancesandinsuranceregulations.
Removealldebrisorotherobjectsthatmightbepicked
upandthrownbythecuttingunitreelblades.Keepall
bystandersawayfromtheworkingarea.
Ifthecuttingbladesstrikeasolidobjectortheunit
vibratesabnormally,stopandshuttheengineoff.Check
cuttingunitfordamagedparts.Repairanydamagebefore
startingandoperatingthecuttingunit.
Lowerthecuttingunitstothegroundandremovekey
fromignitionswitchwhenevermachineisleftunattended.
