1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecutting

unit,stoptheengine,engagetheparkingbrakeand

removethekeyfromtheignitionswitch.

2.Disconnectthenegative(–)batterycablefromthe

battery.

WARNING

Wearsafetygogglesandrubbergloveswhen

workingwithbatteries.Sincethegasesare

explosive,keepopenamesandelectrical

sparkawayfrombatteries.Donotsmoke.

InstallingtheRearLights

Partsneededforthisprocedure:

Left,rearlightbracket

1Right,rearlightbracket

2Bolt,M16x110mm

2Nut,M16

2Fuse,15amp

Procedure

TherearlightsattachtotheoutsideoftheROPSpostonthe

leftandrightsidesandusetheexistingboltholesintheROPS.

1.Opentheenginecover.

2.Lifttheoperatorplatform.

3.Removethebulkheadbyunscrewingthe4bolts(Figure

1).Thisistoenableaccesstothemainwiringharness.

4.EnsurethatROPSpivotboltsandclampboltsarein

placeandaretight.

5.RemovetheROPSpivotboltontheleftsideofthe

mower.

6.Aligntheupperholeintheleft,rearlightbracketwith

theholeintheROPSandinsertthenewM16x110mm

bolt,usingtheexistingwashers(Figure2).
