7. Install the new nut (M16) onto the bolt and torque it to 15 N∙m (11 ft-lb). Note: Do not overtighten it as this will make the roll bar difficult to fold. 8. Remove the roll bar pivot bolt on the right side of the mower. 9. Plug the flasher relay into the left vacant-relay socket and the standard shorter relay into the right vacant-relay socket (Figure 12).
9. Locate the two 4-pin connectors on the main wiring harness located near to the cutter manifold. 4 3 10. Pass the hazard and light switch connectors through the switch hole. 2. Carefully lift off the panel.

Ensure that the outside edge of each reflector is adhered 100 mm (4 inches) from each edge of the engine cover (Figure 22). Affix the serial label adjacent to the machine serial label. Note: Ensure that the surface is clean before mounting the serial label.
Headlights Operation Rotate the ignition switch to position I to illuminate the headlights. Specifications Voltage: 12 V Hazard Lights Adjusting the Headlights When you press the top of the hazard light switch, all 4 indicator lamps flash. The ignition switch does not need to be on for these to operate. Using the top screws shown in Figure 23, adjust the headlights per local standards.
