AfterOperation
GeneralSafety
•Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
•Disengageandlowerthecuttingunits.
•Engagetheparkingbrake.
•Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
•Waitforallmovementtostop.
•Allowthemachinetocoolbeforeadjusting,
servicing,cleaning,orstoringit.
•Cleangrassanddebrisfromthecuttingunits,
drives,mufers,coolingscreens,andengine
compartmenttohelppreventres.Cleanupoilor
fuelspills.
•Disengagethedrivetotheattachmentwhenever
youarehaulingornotusingthemachine.
•Maintainandcleantheseatbelt(s)asnecessary.
•Donotstorethemachineorfuelcontainerwhere
thereisanopename,spark,orpilotlight,such
asonawaterheateroronotherappliances.

andBushings(page35)
TowingtheMachine
Incaseofanemergency,themachinecanbe
towedforashortdistance;however,Torodoesnot
recommendthisasastandardprocedure.
Important:Donottowthemachinefasterthan
3to4km/h(2to3mph)becauseitmaydamage
thedrivesystem.Ifthemachinemustbemoved
aconsiderabledistance,transportitonatruck
ortrailer.
