OnModel03192,theHeightofCut(HOC)isadjusted
byaddingorremovingtheadjustment(slotted)rear
spacersbelowthesideplatepadonthecuttingunit.
Note:Spacersinstalledabovethesideplatepaddo
notaffectHOC.
Theadjustment(slotted)rearspacersarestored
abovethesideplatepad;toincreaseHOC,move
thembelowthesideplatepad.
Thereare2typesofslottedrearspacersusedfor
adjustingHOConModel03192cuttingunits:
1/4inch(6.4mm)slottedrearspacers,upto3on
eachside.
0.075inch(1.9mm)thinslottedrearspacers,up
to2oneachside.
Additionallythereare5xedrearspacers(1/4inch,
6.4mm)alwayslocatedbelowthesideplatepad.
Important:Donotremoveoradjustthe5lower
rearspacers;thiscuttingunitisdesignedto
operateataHOCbetween1.25to2.00inches(32
to51mm)andremovingthelowerxedspacers
causestheHOCtoleavethatrange.

bolts,spacers,andlocknutsfromtherearofthe
xedplatesandadjusttheirposition.

thecuttingunitlinksinthenumber1positionor
mountthelinkstothenumber3positionfora
moreaggressivecut(Figure19).
