Subject: When traction unit is in motion the cutting units may not lift.
The cutting unit lift system may not function effectively while the traction
unit is in motion if Hydraulic Valve Assembly (63-5080) is installed
improperly. This condition becomes more noticeable as the hydraulic
system wears and becomes less efficient over time.
If this symptom occurs, use the illustration below to verify the correct
installation of Hydraulic Valve Assembly (63-5080). Incorrect installation
of this Hydraulic Valve Assembly does not have any long-term affects on
the hydraulic system or components. If you still are experiencing a no lift
situation, the integrity of the units hydraulic system should be checked.
