Regularlylubricatethe6greasettingsofeachcuttingunit
(Figure22)withNo.2lithiumgrease.
Thereare2lubricationpointsonthefrontroller,2onthe
rearroller,and2forthereelbearing.
Note:Lubricatingthecuttingunitsimmediatelyafter
washinghelpspurgewateroutofthebearingsand
increasesbearinglife.
1.Wipeeachgreasettingwithacleanrag.
2.Applygreaseuntilcleangreasecomesoutoftheroller
sealsandthebearingreliefvalve.
3.Wipeanyexcessgreaseaway.
