Situation Repeated heat, pressure cycles and engaged Power Take Off (PTO

reel motor engage / disengage) can cause the solenoid valves (SP1

and/or SP2) in the hydraulic mow manifold to become loose and leak

over time.

Corrective Action Toro has changed the seals on the PTO and relief valves to better retain the

valves in the bore. The new seals are white in color as opposed to the

original black seals.

If the PTO or relief valves become loose or begin to leak, replace the PTO

seals (SP1 and/or SP2) and relief valve seals (RV1 and RV2) with the new

seals in the seal kit (125-4337). Then torque the valves to 61 N-m (45 ft-lb)
