5.Lubricategearfacesandbearingsurfacesofdrivegear,idlergear,and
bearingblockswithcleanhydraulicuid.Carefullyassemblebearingblocks
andgearsnotingidenticationmarksmadeduringdisassembly.
6.Positionthemotorbodyonitsside.Carefullyslidebearingblockand
gearassemblyintothebodycavityusingidenticationmarksmadeduring
disassembly.
7.Removeanyexcesslubricationfrommatingsurfacesofbody,rearcoverand
frontange.Ensurethatthesesurfacesarecleananddry.
8.Installdowelpinsinbody.
IMPORTANT
DonotdislodgeO-rings,pressureseals,orback-upringsduring
nalassembly.
9.Gentlyslidetherearcoverontotheassemblyusingmarkerlineforproper
location.Firmhandpressureshouldbesufcienttoengagethedowelpins.
10.Positionthemotorwithrearcoverdownwards.Carefullyslidethefrontange
ontotheassemblyusingmarkerlineforproperlocation.Takecaretonot
damagethesealduringfrontangeinstallation.
11.Installthe4boltsandhandtighten.
IMPORTANT
Avoidusingexcessiveclampingpressureonthemotorfrontange
topreventdamage.
12.Placemotorfrontangeinaviseandalternatelytorquetheboltsto24to
32N∙m(215to280in-lb).
13.Putasmallamountofhydraulicuidinportonmotorandrotatedriveshaft
onerevolution.Protecttheshaftifusingapliers.Ifdriveshaftbinds,
disassemblemotorandrepeatassemblyprocess.
14.Removemotorfromvise.
