Thehydraulicsystemisequippedwitha
service-intervalindicator(Figure101).Withthe
enginerunningatoperatingtemperature,viewthe
indicator,itshouldbeinthegreenzone.Whenthe
indicatorisintheredzone,changethehydraulic
lters.

1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface,lower
thecuttingunits,shutofftheengine,engage
theparkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthe
ignitionswitch.
2.Cleantheareaaroundthelter-mountingarea
andplaceadrainpanunderthelter(Figure
102)and(Figure103).

4.Lubricatethegasketonthenewlterwith
hydraulicoil.
5.Ensurethatthelter-mountingareaisclean.

7.Repeattheprocedureontheotherlter.
8.Starttheengineandletitrunforabout2minutes
topurgeairfromthesystem.
9.Shutofftheengineandcheckforleaks.

LinesandHoses
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Checkthehydrauliclinesandhosesforleaks,kinked
lines,loosemountingsupports,wear,loosettings,
weatherdeterioration,andchemicaldeterioration.
Makeallnecessaryrepairsbeforeoperating.
