Important:Useonlyultra-lowsulphurdieselfuel.
Fuelwithhigherratesofsulfurdegradesthediesel
oxidationcatalyst(DOC),whichcausesoperational
problemsandshortenstheservicelifeofengine
components.
Failuretoobservethefollowingcautionsmaydamage
theengine.
•Neverusekeroseneorgasolineinsteadofdieselfuel.
•Nevermixkeroseneorusedengineoilwiththediesel
fuel.
•Neverkeepfuelincontainerswithzincplatingonthe
inside.
•Donotusefueladditives.

Observethefollowingprecautions:

coldweather.
•Monitorseals,hoses,gasketsincontactwithfuelas
theymaybedegradedovertime.
•Fuellterpluggingmaybeexpectedforatimeafter
convertingtobiodieselblends.
•ContactyourauthorizedT orodistributorformore
informationonbiodiesel.
AddingFuel
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecutting
units,engagetheparkingbrake,shutofftheengine,
andremovethekey.
2.Usingacleanrag,cleanareaaroundfuel-tankcap.
3.Removethecapfromthefueltank(Figure49).
