CleaningtheFuel-PickupTubeScreen
RemovingtheFuel-PickupTube
Thefuel-pickuptube,locatedinsidethefueltank,comes
withascreentohelppreventdebrisfromenteringthefuel
system.Removethefuel-pickuptubeandcleanthescreen
asrequired.
1.Preparethemachineformaintenance;referto
PreparingforMaintenance(page52).
2.Removethe5Phillips-headscrewsthatsecurethe
fuel-sendercovertothefueltank,andremovethe
cover(Figure122).
