Situation:
The hardware that retains #1 and #4 lift arms can become loose. This hardware must remain tight.
Service Bulletin Large Reels #02-09 addresses the issue of loosening hardware and the need to
periodically verify hardware torque. In some instances components may have worn, which can
allow hardware to loosen more frequently.
Instructions:
A kit has been developed to reinforce this area which resists movements that lead to hardware
loosening. When repairs are being made to this area, the use of Frame Support Kit (119-6961) is
recommended.
