Usesummergradedieselfuel(No.2-D)attemperatures
above20°F(-7°C)andwintergrade(No.1-Dor
No.1-D/2-Dblend)belowthattemperature.Useof
wintergradefuelatlowertemperaturesprovideslower
ashpointandcoldowcharacteristicswhichwillease
startingandreducefuellterplugging.
Useofsummergradefuelabove20°F(-7°C)will
contributetowardlongerfuelpumplifeandincreased
powercomparedtowintergradefuel.
Important:Donotusekeroseneorgasoline
insteadofdieselfuel.Failuretoobservethis
cautionwilldamagetheengine.
