frontfaceofthebedknifeafterlapping.Thiswill
removeanyburrsorroughedgesthatmayhavebuilt

Every200hoursoperation,clearthemuferofcarbon
buildup.
1.Removethepipeplugfromtheclean-outportatthe
lowersideofthemufer.
CAUTION
Themufermaybehotandcouldcauseinjury.
Becarefulwhileworkingaroundthemufer.
2.Starttheengine.Plugthenormalmuferexitwitha
blockofwoodormetalplatesothattheexhaustow
willbeforcedoutoftheclean-outport.Continueto
blocktheexituntilcarbondepositsceasecoming
outoftheport.
CAUTION
Donotstandinlinewiththeclean-outport.
Alwayswearsafetyglasses.
3.Stoptheengineandreplacethepipeplug.
