buckle,graspeachstrapwithalockingpliers
andpullthestrapstightuntiltheylockintothe
brushgrooves(Figure17).
8.Trimthestrapsothatitis6mm(1/4inch)from
thebuckleandfoldtheexcessstrapoverthe
buckle.
