1.Removethecapfromthegroomer.
2.Removetheclampboltsconnectingthegroomer
tothedrivebox(Figure16).
3.Removetheshoulderboltandhardenedwasher
connectingthegroomerdriveboxtotheadjuster
arm(Figure29).

thegroomingreeltostandinwatersothatthe
componentsrust.
InspectingtheBlades
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
Inspectthegrooming-reelbladesfrequentlyfor
damageandwear.Straightenbentbladeswitha
pliersandreplacewornblades.Wheninspectingthe
blades,checktoseethatnutsontherightandleft
blade-shaftendsaretight.
