TurnaroundPosition
1.Positionthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthe
cuttingunits,stoptheengine,engagetheparking
brakes,andremovethekeyfromtheignitionswitch.
2.Thelift-armswitchislocatedbehindthefrontright
liftarm(Figure41).

3.Loosentheswitchmountingscrews(Figure41)and
movetheswitchuptoincreasethelift-armturnaround
heightormovetheswitchdowntodecreasethe
lift-armturnaroundheight.
4.Tightenthemountingscrews.
PushingorTowingthe
Machine
Inanemergency,youcanmovethemachinebyactuatingthe
bypassvalveinthevariabledisplacementhydraulicpumpand
installingahydraulichosetobypassthecheckvalve,andthen
pushingortowingthemachine.
Important:Donotpushortowthemachinefasterthan
3to4.8km/h(2to3mph)orformorethan0.4km(1/4
mile),becauseinternaltransmissiondamagemayoccur.
Thebypassvalvemustbeopenwheneveryoupushor
towthemachine.Additionally,youneedtoinstalla
hydraulichosetobypassthecheckvalvewheneveryou
pushortowthemachineinreverse.
Ifyouneedtopushortowyourmachine,youwilllikelyneed
tomoveitbothforwardandinreverse.Toensurethatthe
drivesystemdoesnotbecomedamagedfrompushingor
towing,itisbesttopreparethemachineforbothforward
andreversepushingortowing.

Important:Ifyouneedtopushortowthemachine
inreverse,youmustrstbypassthecheckvalveinthe
4-wheel-drivemanifold.
