Subject: Correct Service Interval Schedules
The maintenance schedules published in some of the Operators Manuals, on the
Service Quick Reference Aid Decals and in the newly released Service Manual may
contain incorrect routine service interval information regarding engine and hydraulic oil
change intervals.
The correct maintenance intervals are:
1. Engine oil and filter change every 100 hours (initial change at 50 hours)
2. Hydraulic oil and filter change should be performed at the 800-hour service interval
(unless Indicator shows a restricted filter). Refer to the Operators manuals for
additional information on the Filter Restriction Indicator.
Revised Maintenance documents are attached to this Bulletin and should be used to
replace the originals in the Operators Manuals and/Service Manual.
New Quick Reference Aid Decals can be obtained free of charge for your Reelmaster
by contacting your local authorized Toro distributor.
