•Oneoftheoutputsisopencircuited.
Usingthediagnosticdisplay,determinewhichoutputis
malfunctioning,refertoCheckingInterlockSwitches.
Ifthediagnosticlightisnotilluminatedwhenthekey
switchisintheOnposition,thisindicatesthatthe
electroniccontrollerisnotoperating.Possiblecausesare:
•Loopbackisnotconnected.
•Thelightisburnedout.
•Fusesareblown.
•Nobatterypower.
Checkelectricalconnections,inputfusesanddiagnostic
lightbulbtodeterminemalfunction.Makesureloopback
connectorissecuredtowireharnessconnector.
DiagnosticACEDisplay(Optional)
Themachineisequippedwithanelectroniccontrollerwhich
controlsmostmachinefunctions.Thecontrollerdetermines
whatfunctionisrequiredforvariousinputswitches(i.e.seat
switch,keyswitch,etc.)andturnsontheoutputstoactuate
solenoidsorrelaysfortherequestedmachinefunction.
Fortheelectroniccontrollertocontrolthemachineas
desired,eachoftheinputswitches,outputsolenoidsand
relaysmustbeconnectedandfunctioningproperly.
TheDiagnosticACEdisplayisatooltohelptheuserverify
correctelectricalfunctionsofthemachine.
