•Changetherearaxlelubricant.
Beforeeachuseordaily
•Checktheengineoillevel.
•Checkandcleanthecoolingsystem.
•Checkthehydraulicuidlevel.
•Checkthetirepressure.
•Checkthereeltobedknifecontact.
•Checktheinterlockswitches.
•Drainthefuellter/waterseparator.
•Removedebrisfromtherearscreen,oilcooler,andradiator(morefrequentlyin
dirtyconditions).
•Inspectthehydrauliclinesandhosesforleaks,kinkedlines,loosemounting
supports,wear,loosettings,weatherdeterioration,andchemicaldeterioration.
Every50hours
•Greasethebearingsandbushings.
•Checktheconditionofthebattery.
Every100hours
•Inspectandtightenthecoolingsystemhosesandconnections.
•Checktheconditionandtensionofthealternatorbelt.
Every150hours
•Changetheengineoilandoillter.
Every200hours
•Checkthetorqueofthewheelnutsorbolts.
Every400hours
•Servicetheaircleaner.(Servicetheaircleanerearlieriftheaircleanerindicator
showsred.Serviceitmorefrequentlyinextremelydirtyordustyconditions.)

•Replacethefuelltercanister.

Important:Refertoyourengine Operator's Man ual foradditionalmaintenanceprocedures.
CAUTION
Ifyouleavethekeyintheignitionswitch,someonecouldaccidentlystarttheengineandseriouslyinjure
youorotherbystanders.
Removethekeyfromtheignitionanddisconnectthewirefromthesparkplugbeforeyoudoany
maintenance.Setthewireasidesothatitdoesnotaccidentallycontactthesparkplug.
