harnessplugsfromtheelectroniccontrolunitand
theterminalconnectorfromthealternatortoprevent
damagetotheelectricalsystem.

Batteryterminalsormetaltoolscouldshortagainst
metaltractorcomponentscausingsparks.Sparks
cancausethebatterygassestoexplode,resulting
inpersonalinjury.
•Whenremovingorinstallingthebattery,donot
allowthebatteryterminalstotouchanymetal
partsofthemachine.
•Donotallowmetaltoolstoshortbetween
thebatteryterminalsandmetalpartsofthe
machine.
WARNING
Incorrectbatterycableroutingcoulddamagethe
tractorandcablescausingsparks.Sparkscancause
thebatterygassestoexplode,resultinginpersonal
injury.
•Alwaysdisconnectthenegative(black)battery
cablebeforedisconnectingthepositive(red)
cable.

hoursofoperation.Keepterminalsandentirebatterycase
cleanbecauseadirtybatterywilldischargeslowly.Toclean
thebattery,washtheentirecasewithsolutionofbakingsoda
andwater.Rinsewithclearwater.Coatthebatterypostsand
