thisasastandardprocedure.
Important:Donottowthemachinefasterthan3
to4km/h(2to3mph)becausethedrivesystem
maybecomedamaged.Ifthemachinemustbe
movedaconsiderabledistance,transportitona
truckortrailer.

Beforemowinggrass,practiceoperatingthemachine
inanopenarea.Startandshutofftheengine.
Operatethemachineinforwardandreverse.Lower
andraisethecuttingunitsandengageanddisengage
thereels.Whenyoufeelfamiliarwiththemachine,
practiceoperatingupanddownslopesatdifferent
speeds.
UnderstandingtheWarning
System
Ifawarninglightcomesonduringoperation,shutoff
themachineimmediatelyandcorrecttheproblem
beforecontinuingoperation.Seriousdamagecould
occurifyouoperatethemachinewithamalfunction.
MowingGrass
StarttheengineandmovethethrottletotheFAST
position.MovetheEnable/Disableswitchtothe
ENABLEpositionandusetheLowerMow/Raiselever
tocontrolthecuttingunits(thefrontcuttingunitsare
timedtolowerbeforetherearcuttingunits).T omove
themachineforwardandcutgrass,pressthetraction
pedalforward.
DrivingtheMachineinTransport
Mode
MovetheEnable/DisableswitchtotheDISABLE
positionandraisethecuttingunitstothetransport
position.MovetheMow/Transportlevertothe
TRANSPORTposition.Becarefulwhendrivingbetween
objectssothatyoudonotaccidentallydamagethe
machineorthecuttingunits.Useextracarewhen
operatingthemachineonslopes.Driveslowlyand
avoidsharpturnsonslopestopreventroll-overs.
Lowerthecuttingunitswhengoingdownhillfor
steeringcontrol.
